Aesthetically speaking, the alloy wheels on modern cars often give the biggest visual impact to your car – yet these are often in harms way, a touch of a kerb is enough to ruin the effect.

At Concito Ltd we offer a wheel refurbishment service, more than often with a 48-hr turnaround. You have a choice – either send in your wheels for repair, or alternatively leave your vehicle with us on our secure premises and we will do the rest.

All wheels are fully acid-dipped (where appropriate) to remove all surface coatings and prepare for the new finish to be applied. Minor defects can be removed and/or repaired before the wheels receive a new finish to be proud of. Most wheels will receive a powder-coat primer, a new basecoat (or colour coat) applied wet to match the existing colour (or any colour you would like), and lastly a very hard UV-resistant clear coat is applied in powder coat format. Your wheels are baked in an oven to fully harden all coatings, and complete the process. The wheels have now been given a new lease of life and ready for re-fitting.
